Our client has asked us to find a detail-oriented and ambitious individual with an investigative nature for this highly responsible Corporate Researcher role.
Working for clients all across Europe, you’ll implement a wide range of research methodologies in order to gather vital information on a wide range of companies, contracts and the technologies used by these firms. Your work will maintain and build upon what has become the definitive resource for the world’s major technology companies looking for new clients and markets.
Contact checking duties
You’ll be responsible for thoroughly checking the contacts within our client’s database, ensuring all information is full and accurate for the company’s own clients to use.
Verifying the information every six months, you’ll utilise your interpersonal communication skills to extract information from receptionists, HR departments, secretaries and even checking details with the contact directly via email or telephone.
Contact discovery duties
In some cases, a client may not know exactly who fulfils a specific role within a company, so it will be up to you to ensure all records are complete and accurate.
You may choose to do this by telephoning the company directly, extracting the information from published materials such as the company website, social media or press releases, and by email.
Database updating duties
A key focus within this role will be ensuring all information gathered is uploaded accurately to our clients database using various web-based applications.
You will need to be able to identify appropriate classifications for records and store them accurately, so they can be easily retrieved when required by a client.
Confident in your research capabilities, you will be able to use our client’s key methodologies of contact discovery and information checking, including extracting information from published materials, social media, Google searches and more.

You may have experience in a similar corporate research role, possessing strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will also be fully fluent in French, with excellent spoken and written skills in this language.
