Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking for:

You will have full flexibility in your working hours and can be based anywhere in the UK, working from home. You will need your own laptop / PC, along with a landline or mobile phone in order to make calls to potential customers/candidates.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Day-to-day duties include:
·Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
·Maintaining CRM to include all current and scheduled activities
·Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
·Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
·Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
·Developing quotes and proposals
·Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
·Headhunting, searching on job boards, networking, advert writing
·Screening candidates on the phone, selling job roles on the phone
You will be given full access to our job boards/cv databases, along with our CRM of existing and potential clients.
