Our client is a highly successful lead generation and telemarketing firm serving customers from the UK to the US and from Europe to the Far East. They are now seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer who is fluent in both Italian and English to join them at their headquarters in Petersfield.

About you

Being fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian, you will be able to build a strong rapport with customers in either language.

Your telephone manner is second to none and you put your customer at the centre of every pitch; exuding trust, focus, and confidence with every conversation. You’re target driven and thrive under pressure; always pushing forward to achieve your goals and exceed expectations.

Your track record as a telemarketer and extensive experience in customer service mean you have an expert understanding in working directly with customers. Highly observant and a fast learner, you’re able to quickly identify the unique selling proposition of any product and work out the best way to sell it.

Upbeat yet professional, you can tailor your communication to a wide range of clients and prospects. You are fully computer literate and ready for your next great challenge.

What you’ll be doing

Your outstanding English and Italian language skills will be put to good use as you communicate with clients every day. In this crucial role you will be making outbound calls to Italian-speaking decision makers; outlining your company’s range of services and setting vitally important appointments for the sales team.

You’ll be involved in virtually every step in the customer journey; from initial point of contact and sending follow up emails to drive forward the sales process to liaising with other colleagues and clients at each stage.

You will work directly with clients both in English and Italian to make sure they’re happy with how their campaigns are progressing. In this varied role, you will also get the chance to attend client briefings to help you understand how their campaign, strategies, and your company’s service levels work together to deliver real, visible results.

Every sale will rely on your outstanding customer service delivery. You will also be responsible for both updating and managing our client’s CRM systems to keep track of all new leads.

Our client will also work with you to help you hit your own professional development targets, giving you opportunities to hone your skills and grow.

This is a part-time position (2 days per week) working initially on a 3 month fixed term contract. If the campaign is successful, this will lead to a permanent position.
