Our client is looking for a branch-based sales & customer service associate to join their rapidly expanding business. Your role will be to assist customers with their home and motor insurance needs whilst building and maintaining relationships throughout their experience with the company.
The company’s goal is to ensure that their customers stay with them, so you should have first class communication skills, be professional at all times, be organised, work effectively, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You will be working within a large, friendly team in an upbeat and positive environment, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The main goal of the business is to ensure absolute customer satisfaction, making sure that their requirements are always met efficiently, responding on the phone and via email.
The role will also deal with complaint procedures and you will have the support of your team and management.
Experience within a large team is advantageous, however a positive attitude, being a team player, being willing to learn and develop, and being an ambassador for the brand will be what sets you apart.

Salary: £17,000.00 to £23,000.00 /year
